I suspect this is a symptom of a wider problem, also worth mentioning I've only been using Sierra Charts for a week, so I may have missed something when setting up. Starting today, I've been getting incomplete information that is affecting my chart information/indicators, most obviously seen in the footprint chart where there is apparently 0 bid volume in every bar (see attached picture). I have tried pressing 'delete all data and download', but the issue persists soon after re-downloading (along with other issues such as inaccurate bid/ask quotes in comparison to tradingview charts) Please let me know if you require further information.
