Hi,
I'm trying to use an automated strategy in live(spreadsheets).
Trade simulation mode is not on, live trade window colors are on, showing me, i'm on live mode, all others settings are ok, but when the spreadsheet try to launch an order when the conditions are met, the platforms goes automatically on simulated mode.
I tried to put "send orders to trade service" in Yes too, but not working.
Help please

This does not make sense as you describe it. What exactly do you mean by this: "platforms goes automatically on simulated mode.". This is just not possible for that to happen.

Yeah i never encoutered this problem before, it feels strange for me too.
It's on live mode, and when a trade is about to be trigerred, the platform goes in simulated mode, and opens the trade on the non live trading mode.
I was about to test my spreadsheet automated system live this morning with the gbp news releases, so this problem made me not win 1700$ !

We are still not clear what the problem is.

Are you saying that Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On is getting checked when you did not manually check it? This is not possible if you are connected to a live trading service with Sierra Chart.

yeah, it's really strange, and that's exactly what's happening.
"Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" is unchecked, meaning i'm on live mode, my trade window color change to green(the color i choosed to know i'm on live mode), and when a trade is about to be trigered, it goes on simulated. I'll try all i can and tell you if i fix my problem, and how i fixed it.
Thanks

OK we realize now what the problem is. What we said in post #4 is true in the case of when you are connected to a supported Trading service.

You are not. You are connected to the SC Forex Data service which does not support live trading. So you will experience what you are describing.

Oh yeah, that's right, that was the problem. I changed that when my real subscription expired, to have real data feeds.
Thanks for your help
