Hi, I'm trying to use an automated strategy in live(spreadsheets). Trade simulation mode is not on, live trade window colors are on, showing me, i'm on live mode, all others settings are ok, but when the spreadsheet try to launch an order when the conditions are met, the platforms goes automatically on simulated mode. I tried to put "send orders to trade service" in Yes too, but not working. Help please
