Simulated Futures Trading Service (real-time) not working

Hi,

I have set up my Sierra Chart account through AMP, but I'm unable to get the trading evaluator to download the historical data. This results in the intraday chart not loading.

I am able to load data through the trading evaluator (delayed) and SC futures order routing service, so I am unsure what the issue is with the trading evaluator (real-time).

Here are the message logs for when I try to load the intraday chart using the trading evaluator service -

Would appreciate advice on how to fix this as the simulated futures trading service is included in package 3 and I am paying for the denali data feed. Thank you!

You are not currently using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and therefore have access to the delayed data only.

Makes sense, I will reach out to AMP on activating the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Thank you for the quick response.
