Simulated Futures Trading Service (real-time) not working

Hi, I have set up my Sierra Chart account through AMP, but I'm unable to get the trading evaluator to download the historical data. This results in the intraday chart not loading. I am able to load data through the trading evaluator (delayed) and SC futures order routing service, so I am unsure what the issue is with the trading evaluator (real-time). Here are the message logs for when I try to load the intraday chart using the trading evaluator service - Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2020-08-12 10:07:45.146 Trading Evaluator | Starting real-time market data updates for: MESU20.
