Bracket orders still on chart even though there are no open orders

Hi! I placed a bracket order today and got stopped out on the order, however, the stop order and target order are still showing on the chart. I confirmed with AMP that my order was flat. I cannot cancel the stop and target order still showing on my chart nor am I able to place new orders. I've shut down Sierra and restarted multiple times but nothing has helped. The error message I'm receiving says "Order cancellation can be placed by administrators only. Cancellation failed." I uploaded a screen shot of this message. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I looked at the support board thread you provided and didn't see anything related to my issue. I understand you no longer provide support for Rithmic but I don't know where the problem lies and who can help me resolve it. I'm a One Up Trader and have reached out to them. As of now, I can't trade. Do you think my bracket orders showing on my chart are an issue only One Up / Rithmic can resolve? Also, One Up requires us to use Rithmic. Anything in the works for us to be able to continue to use Sierra with One Up? Thanks.

Yes we had thought this was clear.

Only an alternative we are developing, but it is a different model and we will come out with details later on. But it is not going to be ready until months from now.
