Getting CQG live data from tradovate

Hello, I have used sierra charts for a while paying for the denali exchange datafeed, but it only allows one computer to use live data without having to pay extra to be able to have live data on another computer at the same time. Now I have a tradovate account which I use for trading and asked them to provide a CQG web api that I have so I could connect to CQG on another computer and receive live data. I wanted to receive live data through the Denali exchange on one computer and live data through CQG on the other computer, is this possible? Because I tried to connect to CQG and it does connect but it is still only allowing me to have live data only on one computer at a time. Thanks |

You should be able to do this. Most likely you have the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled on the copy that you are trying to connect to CQG. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Make sure that is unchecked on the installation using CQG.
