You should be able to do this. Most likely you have the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled on the copy that you are trying to connect to CQG. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Make sure that is unchecked on the installation using CQG.
