They are getting the following error messages within the logs. Error getting address info for download2.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11002: This is usually a temporary error during hostname resolution and means that the local server did not receive a response from an authoritative server. | 2020-07-09 09:24:09.517 * Failed to download software update due to an error. Request ID: 1. | 2020-07-09 09:24:09.517 * The customer is saying it was working fine this morning, were there any recent changes that might be causing this particular issue? |

Well first in regards to additional instances have them update: Software Download: Fast Update That is necessary to be able to use sub instances if they are running an older version.
