Hi, I am being sent unwanted SMS for New Daily High/Low Alerts. I have configured the alert for alert sound 'Alert 2' in the Study Settings for 'New Daily High/Low Alert' However 'Alert 2' is not ticked for sending SMS in the Global Settings --> General Settings --> Alerts/General 3. Why am I still being the SMS alerts for this study? I might potentially also being charged for these SMSes. At this stage I have only configured SMS to be sent for 'Alert 1' which I am using for my chart drawings. Can you please help? thanks Vish

However 'Alert 2' is not ticked for sending SMS in the Global Settings --> General Settings --> Alerts/General 3. Double check this and our recommendation is to disable the Send SMS When This Alert is Triggered option for all Alert Numbers for the time being until you figure out what the issue is.
