Hi, I am being sent unwanted SMS for New Daily High/Low Alerts. I have configured the alert for alert sound 'Alert 2' in the Study Settings for 'New Daily High/Low Alert' However 'Alert 2' is not ticked for sending SMS in the Global Settings --> General Settings --> Alerts/General 3. Why am I still being the SMS alerts for this study? I might potentially also being charged for these SMSes. At this stage I have only configured SMS to be sent for 'Alert 1' which I am using for my chart drawings. Can you please help? thanks Vish |
