Rithmic Constantly Disconnecting

Hi, I am testing sierra and love it. I am looking to change from NT to Sierra and will sign up for the year when my trial ends friday. My only issue is with the constant disconnecting from the rithmic data feed! Why is this and how do I stop the constant disconnecting?? |

We need to understand this better. The connection to Rithmic is something that Sierra Chart does not have control over. It is controlled by the Rithmic software and is affected by your Internet connection.
