Could you please clear up why there is no past data loading on a brand new computer that has never had greenchart installed on it before? The first time we installed greenchart on it was yesterday and the only data loading was current data for the day as the time was passing. no other data was available. No past data was loaded. In the Greenchart settings we had "days to load" set to 100 and it was not allowing us to select a start date further back than 2020-06-15. Can you please tell us how to resolve this or what could be causing the issue. This is an urgent matter. Please give me an update ASAP.

This will be the result of a network communication problem.
