After downloading 2086, drawings were not being shared across charts (one with 1min 3-17 start date and other with 3-days and 987 ticks) as they were before the version update. Reviewing the appropriate help, a well-written explanation about the problem and how to fix it did fix ONE instance, and not the other. In the case of the problem chart set (ES symbol), the Extended Horizontal line drawings work correctly, but the extended rectangle drawing does not. Toggling the Global Settings>Tool Settings>General "When Mapping..." indeed fixes the issue with the sharing charts not starting or ending with the same bars on both instances. Please let me know if additional information is needed. Charts for upload or attachment have been prepared as directed in case they are desired. We really have to get a Chartbook which shows this issue and only includes the drawings where there is an issue. Just provide a Chartbook with only two charts which shows the problem. Thank you for the response. Attached is the chart set that does not appear to share the Horizontal rectangle. All studies have been removed.

Those Extending Rectangles must have been created by one of your custom studies. The reason we say this, is that they have a flag set to not allow them to be copied to another chart. The existence of that flag can only come about if the drawing was created by a Custom Study that created the drawings as a User Drawn Drawing. Refer to the information here for this setting: Using Drawing Tools From an Advanced Custom Study: s_UseTool::AllowCopyToOtherCharts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you John for the correct solution. While that study had been removed, the default remained to not copy drawings set by a study. Since the study did not cause the problem with the prior SC version, the addition of the setting was required in the ACSIL source with this version. |

It is also supported to control whether a Chart Drawing is copied to another chart or not through the Chart Drawing shortcut menu: Chart Drawing Tools: Preventing Chart Drawing from Being Copied to Other Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
