After downloading 2086, drawings were not being shared across charts (one with 1min 3-17 start date and other with 3-days and 987 ticks) as they were before the version update. Reviewing the appropriate help, a well-written explanation about the problem and how to fix it did fix ONE instance, and not the other. In the case of the problem chart set (ES symbol), the Extended Horizontal line drawings work correctly, but the extended rectangle drawing does not. Toggling the Global Settings>Tool Settings>General "When Mapping..." indeed fixes the issue with the sharing charts not starting or ending with the same bars on both instances.
