Open E Cry connection problems

I'm not sure why I am getting the message below. When I try to pull up a chart, the thin yellow box near the upper right says "waiting to connect." I keep getting a meaage that says I need to do something to connect with Open E cry, but when I click on that link and try to log in, I am unsuccessful, even though I am using the User ID and password I use with Open E Cry. I'm not quite sure why I even have to have a connection to Open E Cry. What is it doing for me? Thanks. The OEC production trading server is logging you out. We are not quite sure why. We assume that it is because of the weekend. In any case for the time being we recommend using Sierra Chart 1078 to connect to OEC because we are still working on resolving a market data problem with the new FIX/FAST connection.
