Good Morning, I have been working at this since last evening but can't seem to resolve the issue. I can place trades on /es, /nq and other index futures without a problem, however, when I attempt to enter a trade on any currency futures for example /6a, no matter what I do the entry is just stuck at @0.00005. No lines are drawn, and no p&l is calculated, it just stays stuck there. ( I am staying in sim obviously until I can figure out the issue).I am not sure what the issue is, and my broker AMP does support trading these futures. |

What is the fill price of the order. You can check this in Trade >> Trade Orders Window. Locate the order and look at the Average Fill Price. And what is the Status field of the order? Ok we understand the reason for the problem. You are using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) That particular symbol uses a different price multiplier compared to the main symbol of the chart. We plan to implement a new price multiplier setting to support this but it requires extensive code review and consideration so it is not something we can do soon. So you need to remove that symbol. Got it. Once I dropped the cross instrument feature, it does work. Bummed that I can't use the main instrument, but I understand it is complex to get a feature working given that so few people do it. I will try and work of the micro charts. Thanks again for your help and I look forward to y'all getting that knocked out sometime in the future!
