Ok we understand the reason for the problem. You are using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) That particular symbol uses a different price multiplier compared to the main symbol of the chart. We plan to implement a new price multiplier setting to support this but it requires extensive code review and consideration so it is not something we can do soon. So you need to remove that symbol.
