Hello, I use sierra chart through Transact Futures and for as long as I have been with Transact I have been using with service package 5. Then tonight I was switched to service package 3. Why? My name is Trans Act User nathaniel271. There may be confusion b/c I used to use Sierra Charts direct and my user names and email are the same for both accounts. This has been resolved for your account. Restart Sierra Chart and your account should be on Advanced Service Package 5.
