Hello, I use sierra chart through Transact Futures and for as long as I have been with Transact I have been using with service package 5. Then tonight I was switched to service package 3. Why? My name is Trans Act User nathaniel271. There may be confusion b/c I used to use Sierra Charts direct and my user names and email are the same for both accounts.
