Why I have to make a payment?

Hello, I am an AMP customer with Sierra basic package that is free of charge I received an alert that I have to pay Sierra Chart within 3 days if I want to use your platform -Notice: Your account has 3 days of paid usage time left.
You can activate a paid Service Package for usage time and Make a Payment by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit on the menu. If you cannot make a payment, use the Emergency Account Activation feature on your account. After going to that page you will see this link available. Regarding this, your Sierra Chart account which is provided through AMP is no longer being paid for through AMP. You need to contact AMP about this.
