Trade activity log/bracket trailing issue

I spoke to Amp Futures about my problem, which is the fact that my trades that I am taking are not showing up in the trade activity log and the second problem is when I am in a trade my bracket order is moving away from its entry price when I hit a target, and then when there was one contract left it disappeared altogether, and on my second to last target I moved it further away from the entry price and it somehow closed it out at the original price that I moved it from, even though it wasn't sitting there. I hope you can help with these issues.

What are the settings you have at the top of the Trade Activity Log? And make sure you select the "Trade Activity" menu command at the top.

What you describe for the second question is hard for us to understand. It is not making sense to us. But if you examine the Trade Activity Log you can see your orders and all of the actions on those orders. Refer to:

There are no trades showing up in the Trade activity log and the same problem is happening. Any chance of getting online with me to see what is happening.

Yes we can have a quick look. But this does not include any analysis of the second problem. This is a separate thing altogether. That is not something we would provide telephone support for.
