What are the settings you have at the top of the Trade Activity Log? And make sure you select the "Trade Activity" menu command at the top. What you describe for the second question is hard for us to understand. It is not making sense to us. But if you examine the Trade Activity Log you can see your orders and all of the actions on those orders.
