Orders place in sierra and received by Gain not updating in Sierra

I experienced order entry issues with Gain today. Orders did not reflect in my system on Sierra, that I entered with Gain and that showed on their end. -So Gain received the orders I placed in Sierra, but the executions were not updated on my trade chart in Sierra. Could this be a data feed issue or another issue? Is there an issue around this which is easily fixed? Please advise on what I can do for this issue. Please give me a ring if you can as soon as you can. I will post this in the chat. |
