Hello, I just submitted payment to reconnect my rithmic feed for trading and I am having trouble connecting. I cannot open my chartbook and I keep getting errormesages and told that I have 2 support tickets that need to be addressed. when I click on them it brings me to a set of instructions to update to more recent version, which I just did about a month ago and then it is opening abut ten charts that I have never seen before and when I click on the chartbook that I want to vie... the emini s&p It just says downloading historical data and freezes.
