Futures Options using Sierra Charts

Any one know how to trade Future Options with Sierra Charts? I a trading account with Interactive Brokers and Denali data feed. I tried getting option chain using File, new symbol, ES then Get Options but it will not populate. There are several things here. 1. Your Sierra Chart account is expired: Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:
1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu. You can also go to this page in your browser: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password. 2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button. 3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit For further information, refer to: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access 2. You are asking about Interactive Brokers. We do not provide technical support for Interactive Brokers. Interactive Brokers is an absolute joke when it comes to options. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for options data and to support getting the options symbols, which you are not: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Futures Options And for trading Futures options from Sierra Chart you need to use this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service You will need though to check with the particular broker you want to use to see if they do support options trading first though. ---- In regards to post #2, your issue might be related to the weekend.
