Help with historical stock charts

Hi, I am usung SC with Interactive Brokers and would like to see a historical chart for Royal Dutch Shell. I am using "RDSA-STK-SMART/AEB-EUR as a ticker but receive the following error message: "Symbol Settings not found for current service). The chart is blank. Not sure if it matters but I do not have a realtime subscription for this stock at IB. So I am wondering if it is possble to see a historical chart for this stock? We are really not sure what the symbol should be. Could you follow the information here about contacting Interactive Brokers about this: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Contacting Interactive Brokers Support for Symbol Specifications Our only suggestion would be to try: RDSA-STK-AEB-EUR Or RDSA-STK-SMART-EUR It does look like the symbol in your post should work so we do not know what the problem is, but maybe it relates to not having the real-time data for that exchange.
