We are really not sure what the symbol should be. Could you follow the information here about contacting Interactive Brokers about this: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Contacting Interactive Brokers Support for Symbol Specifications Our only suggestion would be to try: RDSA-STK-AEB-EUR Or RDSA-STK-SMART-EUR It does look like the symbol in your post should work so we do not know what the problem is, but maybe it relates to not having the real-time data for that exchange.
