Good afternoon! I connected to the Bitmex test environment Testnet, but I can’t open an order - what is the problem? Before that, he was trading on the LIVE account - there were no problems! Please, help! Uladzimir. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-04-10 14:31:20

The symbol you are using is for the regular Bitmex, not for the Testnet. You can see this in the Service Log where it states: Invalid BitMEX Trading Direct Symbol format. Needs to be [Instrument]-BMEXT.
When you go to File >> Find Symbol you will see that there are two entries, one for Bitmex and another for Bitmex Testnet. You will want to choose the symbols for Bitmex Testnet if you are connecting to that BitMex server. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
