Today my charts stopped updating between 4:00pm and 4:15pm EST. The connection was still green, so I am not sure if this was a data issue, or something else. Please advise. Thank you.

There could not have been a problem on the Sierra Chart side. The data feeds were up and running. It must have been some issue specific to your Internet connectivity or some other reason. Hello, this happened again today from 16:14 to 16:30 EST. When it was stopped, i tried to "delete and download data from the current position to end" which used 16:14 as default start time, but it didn't work. This time I captured the message log (see below), please take a look and let me know. Thanks. All session times are set at: Start time: 09:30:00 End Time: 16:59:59. Looking above in this thread, it seems my message log may have been truncated. Below were message log results of my 4 attempts to "delete and download data from the current position to end". Seems to not go past 16:14:59.024 for all attempts. I have attached the full message log in a word document just in case part was missing above. Hope this helps in figuring this out. Thank you.
