I keep getting not responding error and data and charts are stalling and lagging- Rithmic

Hi, Can you please investigate as to why my Sierra charts platform has been not responding for the past couple of weeks? Data has been lagging, charts not loading and when I click on a chart it stalls. It was really bad last week, worked flawlessy Monday all day and the rest of this week it has been terrible. It's not the internet, I have 215 gb speed and I even tried Think or Swim on same computer with Sierra open and TOS worked all day and no internet/ data issues. I reset the modem as well as restarted computer. I even deleted a bunch of charts from my chartbook as well. Nothing helps. |
