Hi,

Can you please investigate as to why my Sierra charts platform has been not responding for the past couple of weeks? Data has been lagging, charts not loading and when I click on a chart it stalls. It was really bad last week, worked flawlessy Monday all day and the rest of this week it has been terrible. It's not the internet, I have 215 gb speed and I even tried Think or Swim on same computer with Sierra open and TOS worked all day and no internet/ data issues. I reset the modem as well as restarted computer. I even deleted a bunch of charts from my chartbook as well. Nothing helps.
