missing candles

Since yesterday, if I disconnect and reconnect, there are no candles for the time period from disconnect to reconnect. So for e.g. if I disconnect at 2p.m. and reconnect at 8 p.m., between Noon and 8 p.m. there are no candles! I updated to the new version, the problem persists. Is there a solution? Now in MYMH20 all of yesterday's and this morning's data have disappeared! The only thing I have done is change the button text to image. Not sure what that is, there are no timed events. There was a countdown timer study which I have now removed. There still is a gap and here's the new message log after removing the countdown timer and deleting and downloading data again. "We still need to look into that exception issue. " I am unable to recreate the problem. I tried adding the Countdown Timer again, but didnt get that error message. I have had to download twice though. The first download gave me the gap, the second download fixed it. I repeated again, the same, the first download gave me the gap still and the second download fixed it. Will post the second log in another post. Hi, the problem is back again. Now the gap is between 2 pm and 8.38 pm because I closed Sierrachart at 2 pm and reopened at 8.38 p.m. Delete and download does not fix it.
