Hello Sierra, I'm really confused. I have funded my account past the level of requirement and I am not getting data. My screen shows green but no historical but the little wind circle comes up with displaying may data. When I try to press on screen it says error on screen and goes away. How can I be paid up to date and no data. Can someone please check to see if I am doing something wrong. The payment procedure is very confusing and I may being doing something wrong or maybe not selecting something properly. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Don't know what's going on. it wont even let me get in. its like a faded screen and when I go to click on tabs it closes program. thanks hector |
