Hello Sierra, I'm really confused. I have funded my account past the level of requirement
and I am not getting data. My screen shows green but no historical but the little wind circle comes
up with displaying may data. When I try to press on screen it says error on screen and goes away.
How can I be paid up to date and no data. Can someone please check to see if I am doing something wrong.
The payment procedure is very confusing and I may being doing something wrong or maybe not selecting
something properly. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Don't know what's going on.
