Hi I have changed my data adding Denali with additional connection as well continued with sierra connection. I am getting and error on data when I am connected stating that exceeds maximum limit. when I check on account service page : it says 2 out of 3 connection used. --connection log--- SC Data - All Services | Using username 0 | 2020-03-06 10:50:46.368 SC Data - All Services | Connecting to the server ds7.sierracharts.com. Do you require the premiums, ESH20-$INX on more than 1 computer? Or just multiple instances on the same computer? The Sierra Chart exchange data feed is required for real-time cash indices data. We do plan to offer that on the Denali data feed as soon as possible. But we cannot make an assurance, of a second connection but the data can be shared among Sierra Chart installations on the same system. I do need ESH20 - INX on 2 computers. So I will create a second account for this. 1: I only trade ES so for exchange data (for real time cash indices) I have following ? if I subscribe to (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts) will this include cash indices? or I still have to add (CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts 5.25 USD / month ) 2: My setup is same on 2 different computers with same setup on both system account 1 ; Transact : with sierra data box unchecked account 2 : IB with sierra data box checked on service connection So If open second account - Do I need Denali data also for each account, or I just need 2 sierra accounts with Sierra data, as only using IB connection with sierra data. Thanks G |
