Hi

FDXMH20_FUT_Eurex(M) is the index that I'm trying to load. It looks like it's loaded but it's one hour out so I'm assuming it's delayed, the message log is enormous so I'll send it to you on an email.

I've only changed the data feed so is it correct to assume that the broker connection is still set up the same?

Many thanks,

We are not understanding this.

At the time you are noticing the chart is not updating, is the EUREX open? Maybe it is not open.

If you need more help, open just this chart:
FDXMH20_FUT_Eurex

Close all of the others and then:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I've got this one loaded now, however it just seems to be slow on the screen i.e. the image will be 30 mins behind then it will say downloading historical data and it will catch up to the current time. Do you know why this might be, I'm guessing it will affect my trading.

Many thanks,

Peter
