I seem to be getting these messages about every two to three hours now. I thought at first it was an internet thing on my end but nothing else is effected other then SC My Bookmap stays connected and fine and the Transact DOM stays connect and fine while SC has an issue. As i read and try to understand what the log is saying I took it as connection was lost/terminated from Transact and then the connect was lost to Denali feed and then it reconnects.... This has become a 3-5 times a day issue. I am wondering what is causing it. Is there something I can track to determine what is going on? Transact is had some difficulties with their data feed and that is why the connection is closing from their side. We want you to update to prerelease 2061: Software Download: Fast Update There are options in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings to disable the orders and market data connections. These are on the left side. You will want to disable the market data connection and possibly the orders connection .
