Hi There,

I have purchased data package for my sierra, but data is lagging, it has almost 30min delay, I am using data for NQ, ES, YM. I am so unhappy with this software, I have purchased the data 2 weeks ago, I have contacted couple times, but no answer from you. Can you help.

For streaming delayed data you need to be on the Advanced service package. We have changed your package to that now and extended the usage time on your account. Here is the relevant documentation:

Hi There,

I was hopping someone other than a website link to contact me vial email or Phone to help me set up the realtime data. You sent me a link to your web page and it is really hard to understand what should I do or how to get the real-time data. The problem is that, it is clear for you to just go to the website and find the answer, but for a person like me which had no experience with sierra before, it is so hard what to do and find the answer in there. Could you please write me in a short message without referring me to website, that how much and how do I have to pay you to get real time data for ES, NQ and YM. I appreciate your proper reply.

The first thing is you would need a futures trading account. You can get one for as little as 100 USD if you do not already have one. Do you have a funded futures trading account already?
