I signed up for denali data feed two days ago, did all the necessary paperwork, I think, however, my charts aren't keeping up in real time. what do I do?

You have activated the Non-Professional CME Exchange. In order to qualify for this lower-priced exchange fee from the CME, you need to prove that you have a funded trading account. To do this in Sierra Chart you need to connect to that trading account at least once a month. You have not done this since you activated the Denali Data Feed, therefore you have not proven that you qualify yet and therefore are not getting the data. I currently have a funded trading account with TD AMeritrade. Which is no longer supported by Sierra Charts. That is my problem. So I decided to pay sierra charts for data feed only. How do I proceed?
