would you care to tell me how I have been filled in SC on a stop at 3239 when the LOW ON GLOBEX JUST NOW WAS 3239.50????? At first I thought oh god typical Globex screwing the stops, but no it was SC screwing their customer...Unless I am reading my 1 min chart wrong from you then you filled me at price that HAS NOT TRADED TODAY. How have you managed that? Is your 1 min chart wrong? No I just checked on CMEDirect the low is 39.50 so you basically have filled me at an illegal price. Umm who took the other side of that trade??? I have emailed Ray and will expect an answer asap on this. This is NOT acceptable. Sierra Chart does not fill orders. The exchange does. FillPrice? OMG I don't see that column but will now immediately. I couldn't understand how in the world this was happening. I hope you see how I felt it was being 'filled' at the price listed. Please accept my apologies and I will now go and find the correct column. I don't understand why 'filled' is so different from 'fillPrice' but it is what it is and I am sorry.
