Chart File will not load more than 2 days of data

I just reset my PC, and reinstalled Sierra. I cannot load more than 2 days of ESH0.
I am using Rithmic Data.

Here are my Data Feed Settings, and my Days to Load under 'Chart Settings'.

The Data Feed is set to 1500 days to store, and 100,000 records to store.
Under Chart Settings, the scid file seems to say, that the data's date range is 1-27-2020 to 1-28-2020.

So, my first impression was that the data file was bad. I took all the steps I normally do - Close Sierra, delete all related dly and scid files, restart pc, redownload the data files using a new chart.
I've done this 3 times, and it hasn't worked - still 2 days.

From what I've seen, you guys usually request a message log of the download (of the data files).

For Sierra Chart historical data support when using Rithmic you need to change to the Advanced service package 5 now.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Ok - Well, I would like to continue using Rithmic - so I've upgraded to package 5.
These charts were loading just fine 1-2 weeks ago. Ever since I reset PC and reinstalled Sierra, I've had this prob.
I hope you lads can help. -In advance, thanks!

However, I'd like to know about this TT routing and data package.
-I see order routing is 20 cents per round trip trade.
-What is the data package fee? Surely they don't provide all the symbols from all of the listed exchanges - for free.
-If there is a data package fee, are there different packages? what am I paying and getting? Just curious.

UPDATE:

The chart are now loading the Data - both daily and intra-day. I haven't tried any other symbols, but ESH0 is working, and I'm assuming so will others.

I'm not sure if you gents did something in the background, or what happened. But I turned it on today, placed some shorts, and voila, the charts all of the sudden were showing more than 2 days of data.

In short, it appears the missing data problem has solved itself - So I don't believe I will need a phone call - if you guys helped in the background, thank you!
