Data issues with futures

missing data when switched switched to live trading. heres a screenshot. cqg data (that worked fine before the trading account was funded and switched to CQG API)

Update Sierra Chart to the current version:

That chart is a CQG symbol and must be translated. It is not currently translated. You need to use Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service


Let us know if you need further help. Once the symbol is translated, the chart will begin to download data and there will be a reconnection to the data feed as well.

did the update, and translated the symbols. still missing some, does it take a while to fully download? attached are screenshots

Those screenshots do not mean anything to us and do not conform to our specifications. We have no idea what to make of those. We do not know the settings of the chart and what you think is missing. If there is missing data simply follow the instructions here:

apologies. i meant to point out that the time axis clearly shows intraday gaps and the hourly chart i posted (both ES) is missing data. been on the run today. thanks for bearing with me. ill try what you suggested and report back tomorrow. thanks for the help
