If you download data to the non-working chart it fills it in immediately but that's it . Then no data comes in to update current prices.

In regards to post 1 through 4, it is a CME requirement that you cannot access their data as a nonprofessional on more than two systems at a time. That is the reason. Otherwise, you need to pay them 110 USD/month per exchange (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX)

In regards to post #5, start a new thread about this. We do not want to confuse things here.

Never had this problem with IQ feed. Is this something new ? I'm not using two computers, just one computer with 3 instances of SC. Is this just the SC data feed ?

The way that Sierra Chart limits the number of systems you are using is per connection. If you want to use the data feed multiple times on the same computer as you do with IQ Feed, then you can only have up to two external connections on that system, and then you share the data among installed instances on the same computer using the methods documented here:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

So this is still supported in the same way as IQ Feed.

Called the customer and found they had 3 separate installations of Sierra Chart. Setup the first instance as the DTC Server and the third instance as a DTC - Sub Instance.

The customer is getting data just fine now in all 3 instances.

Also explained the need to connect to his funded trading account at the beginning of each month, as he does not trade through Sierra Chart. For reference, here is the information in our documentation:
