Called the customer and found they had 3 separate installations of Sierra Chart. Setup the first instance as the DTC Server and the third instance as a DTC - Sub Instance. The customer is getting data just fine now in all 3 instances. Also explained the need to connect to his funded trading account at the beginning of each month, as he does not trade through Sierra Chart.
