no Futures Spreads showing for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX (SC Exchange Data)

In the list of categories locate the Futures Spreads - CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX (SC Exchange Data) category for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX spreads/strategies or the Futures Spreads - ICE (SC Exchange Data) category for ICE spreads/strategies, and press the + to expand that list.
This does not appear. I am not able to view / select the exchange supported spreads.

This does not make sense. There is definitely not any problem with this. What specifically is not appearing for you? Tell us the specific steps you are following.

Hello, Steps are 1. Start Sierra Chart. 2. File | Find Symbol Here there are shown no spreads (no item Futures Spreads - CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX). There is an "Other" which shows only an RBOB spread. I'd expect to see e.g. exchange listed calendar spreads in the CME products. Am I looking in the wrong place? |
