Ok we see what has happened, you have various CME exchanges activated which are conflicting with each other. Just yet another case of us wasting time, on damn CME market data policies. This is nothing more than the height of maximum insanity with them having this huge laundry list of exchange fees covering various different products. Give us some time to see how we can solve this on our server side. The problem is you have the CME E-mini exchange active, which does not allow currency futures which is blocking the other exchange fees that do.
