I have a volume profile study from Simon at The traders institute, Simon, that I paid for. It shows up in 32 bit but not in 64 bit. They checked and made sure my permissions were ok. They said they unlocked my account but because there is no way to differentiate 32 and 64 they do not know why this is happening. Other people are not having this issue. When I open custom studies there it is in 32 but then in 64 the study is not there. Can you help. Greg

I am surprised to hear they don't know how to differentiate between 32-bit and 64-bit dlls.

The DLLs for 32-bit and 64-bit have different names. They are not interchangeable.

In your case, the 32-bit DLL for TTI Alert is named:
tti_alert.dll
and the 64-bit dll is named:
tti_alert_64.dll

Make sure you have a copy of tti_alert_64.dll in your data folder. If it isn't there then your downloads are not working, or other customers would also have the problem.

The drl is there but I do not see it in 64 bit. can it be corrupt or something? I attached a pivture of my data file and a message they sent me from sierra. I did restart and that did not work. Thanks, greg

I see you have the files. You can try removing the studies from the chart and then re-adding them. The only other thing I can think of is to close Sierra and remove them from the folders (or delete them) and see if they get downloaded from the Sierra server and then see if they show up or can be removed/added.

Still not working after removing all dll's. I get this message.

Loading DLL C:\SierraChart\Data\tti_volume_profile_64.dll | 2020-01-20 04:15:20.176
CreateStudyDLLModuleFunctionObject Error loading C:\SierraChart\Data\tti_volume_profile.dll. Windows error code 126: The specified module could not be found. Likely missing dependency file. | 2020-01-20 04:15:20.181 *

Any thoughts. Thanks Greg

It looks like a dependence DLL file is missing. There is some other DLL file that custom study DLL requires and it is not present.
