I am surprised to hear they don't know how to differentiate between 32-bit and 64-bit dlls. The DLLs for 32-bit and 64-bit have different names. They are not interchangeable. In your case, the 32-bit DLL for TTI Alert is named: tti_alert.dll and the 64-bit dll is named: tti_alert_64.dll
Make sure you have a copy of tti_alert_64.dll in your data folder. If it isn't there then your downloads are not working, or other customers would also have the problem. |
