I was connected for about 45 ,minutes when the message log appeared on screen and Sierra Chart was trying to connect. Portion of message log below: CQG WebAPI | Connecting to server api.cqg.com | 2020-01-14 05:09:15.943 CQG WebSocket | Connecting to WebSocket server. | 2020-01-14 05:09:15.943 CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Creating socket. Using TLS 1.2. | 2020-01-14 05:09:15.944 CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Connecting to IP: 208.48.16.35. | 2020-01-14 05:09:15.944 CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2020-01-14 05:09:18.310 * CQG WebSocket | WebSocket closed. | 2020-01-14 05:09:18.310 CQG WebAPI | WebSocket closed. | 2020-01-14 05:09:18.310 Error connecting to Data or Trading service. BTW, they did not ask who I was or any questions other than, "how can I help you". I felt passed off. |
