Greetings, Early this morning I made an OCO order on Gold. The order was to go long on gold @ 1578.8 with a Sell Stop @ 1578.3 and a sell Limit @1581.2. The sell stop never triggered and, as a result, my account lost more than $800. Please do the necessary to refund my account or check with AMP Futures as they never did receive the Sell stop order as per my conversations with them. I sent a request this morning and created a support ticket so this is my second attempt so that this matter gets resolved immediately. Thank you for your promptness in resolving the matter! Nidal |
